# What is AI ASSERT? **AI ASSERT** is Appvance's no-code validation capability that lets QA teams validate anything they can describe in natural language — without writing a line of code and without defining locators. Testers verify images, text, layouts, tables, animations, motion graphics and more through simple, human-like assertions. Traditional UI assertions have always been rigid: they check static text or the presence of an element, and nothing more. AI ASSERT extends validation to rich, dynamic experiences — animations, medical visualizations, 3D models — by letting the tester simply tell the AI what to check.
