Configure AIQ Jira Server Integration

Use this article when AIQ needs to connect to an on-premises or self-managed Jira Server/Data Center instance.
What changed in this article
Separated Jira Server/Data Center guidance from Jira Cloud guidance.
Added checks for base URL, network route, authentication method, project key, issue type, required fields, and custom-field mappings.

Validation workflow
Confirm whether the customer uses Jira Server/Data Center rather than Jira Cloud.
Validate AIQ can reach the Jira base URL and authenticate with the approved account.
