Gmail App Password Use in Service Suite Tests

This legacy article applies only when a Google account is explicitly allowed to use app passwords for automated Service Suite mail validation.

Validation workflow

  1. Confirm that the Google Workspace policy permits app passwords for the selected test account.
  2. Create the password outside AIQ and store it only in the approved secret manager.
  3. Run the Service Suite script with a small mailbox test and verify no secret value appears in output.
