Latency in AssertExists.

We need to do load testing of our web page. I have a designer script that checks 30 components on the page using assetExists. Appvance is taking up to 1 second to perform each assert check so using it for load testing is not feasible. The assert check should take microseconds to complete.
Response:
In an assertexists, Appvance IQ waits until the page is settled to guarantee the element is present.
This is so at any load the script is still valid.
