# Appvance IQ not working with Java 32 bit version.

When working with Appvance IQ + java 32 bit version, the test scenarios might not run and throw some connect errors on the test controller and in the error logs you might see the below error.

Error: missing `server' JVM at `C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Java\\jre1.8.0\_111\\bin\\server\\jvm.dll'.

Solution:

To Fix The "Missing "server" JVM at `C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Java\\jre1.8.0\_111\\bin\\server\\jvm.dll'. Please install or use the JRE or JDK that contains these missing components. Press any key to continue . . "

**follow the steps:**

Go to [oracle.com](http://oracle.com) and install java jre7 or jre8 (if not already installed)

After that go to C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Java\\jre1.8.0\_111\\bin

Here create an folder called "Server" (without " ")

Now go into the C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Java\\jre1.8.0\_111\\bin\\client folder

COPY all data of this folder into the new C:/Program files/java/jre7/bin/Server

Rerun the test scenario to fix the issue!
