Configure Outlook 365 Email Clients with OAuth 2.0

Use this article when AIQ-related email testing or service flows require OAuth 2.0 access to Outlook 365 mailboxes.

Validation workflow

1. Confirm the tenant allows the selected OAuth flow and mailbox access pattern.
2. Validate app registration, scopes, redirect URI, and consent with the Microsoft 365 administrator.
3. Run a test authentication flow and verify mail access without exposing tokens or client secrets in logs.
