AIQ Architecture Overview

AIQ Architecture Overview

AIQ includes controller, execution, data, and reporting components that work together to design, run, and analyze tests. Exact deployment details vary by environment, but the same core responsibilities apply.

Core components

  • AIQ Controller: coordinates projects, scenarios, executions, users, and reporting.
  • Test Nodes: provide execution capacity for browser, service, mobile, or performance runs.
  • Data services: store configuration, execution data, results, and operational test data.
  • Integrations: connect AIQ with systems such as Jira, source control, or external services where configured.

Operational notes

  1. Size Test Nodes based on execution type, browser count, and expected load.
  2. Keep browser, driver, and operating-system support aligned with the AIQ release.
  3. Monitor controller, database, and node health during large executions.
  4. Document environment-specific ports, certificates, proxies, and integration endpoints.
