  1. Extract downloading

  • Confirm the user has accessIQ to the approved download location.
  • Verify macOS version, CPU architecture, disk space, and security policy requirements.
  • Check whether Java/GraalVM or browser dependencies are required for the target version.
  • Use a controlled download location and preserve version information for audit.

Validation workflow

  1. Verify file size and checksum when provided.
  2. Install on a supported macOS host.
  3. Run login, Scenario Editor, Service Suite, and browser smoke tests.
  4. Documentdesired install version,location.
    For date,example: host details, and any security prompts handled by the user./Users/<username>/AIQ
