Ubuntu Server Installation Guide for AIQ

Use the Ubuntu Server installation guide only after confirming the target AIQ version, supported Ubuntu release, runtime requirement, database configuration, and deployment architecture. GraalVM 11 references should be treated as version-specific.

Pre-install checklist

  • Confirm CPU, memory, disk, network, DNS, firewall, and certificate requirements.
  • Verify package repositories, runtime dependencies, browser dependencies, and service accounts.
  • Plan database, repository, Test Node, backup, monitoring, and log locations.
  • Review security policies for antivirus, endpoint protection, SSH, and sudo access.

Post-install validation

  1. Confirm AIQ services start after reboot.
  2. Validate login, Scenario Editor, Service Suite, reports, repositories, and Test Node connectivity.
  3. Review logs for runtime, database, permission, or port errors.
  4. Document installed versions and customer-specific deviations.
