How to run functional tests in different locations

User can go to Locations tab of Scenario Builder and click Add test location.

Mention the Server IP and User should be able to run tests in different location.

For Ex:

When user clicks on "Add Test location"

User should specify the name of the server and URL should be modified as per below

http://localhost:8080/TMServer/ws/TestNode should be modifed to

http://Server-IP:8080/TMServer/ws/TestNode[. So If the Server IP is 192.168.1.1 the URL is changed to http://192.168.1.1:8080/TMServer/ws/TestNode
