Downgrade macOS Mojave to High Sierra - Obsolete

Obsolete guidance

UpThis toarticle 10.14.6is versions of the latest Mac OS Mojave (andobsolete for somecurrent modelsAIQ evendocumentation. fromDowngrading Mac OS Sierra) have issues slowing down the HTTP calls when recording or playing back using the Test Designer engine.

The proper fix for this issue can be found in Apple Safari: Mac Configuration.

If you have already a Mac that was bought withmacOS Mojave or have already upgraded from High Sierra to Mojave, there is no easy way to downgrade back to High Sierra usingis not current AIQ installation guidance and should not be recommended as a standard troubleshooting path.

Current recommendation

  • Use a macOS version supported by the Apptarget Store,AIQ release.
  • Review current AIQ install guides and dependingsystem onrequirements yourbefore modelchanging the operating system.
  • Coordinate OS changes with the customer’s IT or device management team.
  • Prefer supported browser/runtime/configuration fixes over OS downgrades.

Disposition

Flag this mightpage befor evendeletion impossible.or archival unless a customer-specific legacy environment still requires it. If retained, label it clearly as historical and not current installation guidance.

So we would not recommend follow this path but better refer to the above document.
