Can we execute different combinations of scripts in a scenario

Yes. User can combine different script type in a single scenario and run it. If the user wants all the different script type to execute simultaneously then all the different script type should be uploaded in the different test case. If the user wants to run them sequentially then it should be saved in a single test case.
