    Update MySQL packet size and clickcase-sensitivity Statussettings only when required by the AIQ version, database workload, or support guidance. These settings can affect imports, upgrades, reports, and Systemcross-platform Variables

  • ClickBack up the Systemdatabase Variablesand tabcurrent MySQL configuration.
  • EnterConfirm max_allowedthe exact variable names, target values, and MySQL version.
  • Coordinate downtime if a database restart is required.
  • Document why the setting is being changed and who approved it.

Validation workflow

  1. Apply changes in the searchcorrect boxMySQL configuration file or managed service setting.
  2. UpdateRestart MySQL if required and confirm the max_allowed_packetactive valuevalues.
  3. Run toAIQ 102400000login, scenario, service, report, and pressupgrade-related Entersmoke tests.
