Run SoapUI Scripts as Performance Tests in AIQ

Run SoapUI scripts as performance tests only when the script, environment, and load model are suitable for repeatable load execution. Confirm whether Service Suite or native AIQ performance assets can provide a cleaner current workflow.

Performance considerations

  • SoapUI script efficiency, setup/teardown behavior, and thread safety.
  • Data uniqueness, account pools, cleanup, and external service rate limits.
  • Load generator capacity, monitoring, and artifact size.
  • Clear TPS, response-time, error-rate, and duration targets.

Validation workflow

  1. Run a single-thread validation before adding load.
  2. Increase concurrency gradually and monitor both AIQ and target systems.
  3. Separate SoapUI script bottlenecks from application bottlenecks.
  4. Document results, limitations, and migration options.
