Configure AppDynamics Integration in AIQ

Configure the AppDynamics integration so AIQ runs can be reviewed alongside application performance data.

  • Use approved service credentials or tokens and never paste secrets into documentation.
  • Verify the controller URL, account, application, tier, and metric selections before a production test.
  • Validate the integration with a short execution before using it in release reporting.

Validation workflow

  1. Collect the AppDynamics connection details from the monitoring owner.
  2. Enter the integration settings in AIQ and save the configuration.
  3. Run a small scenario and confirm AppDynamics data is available for the expected time window.

Note: Treat AppDynamics tokens and credentials as secrets. Store them only in the approved secure location.
