Configure AppDynamics APM Integration

Use this article when AIQ results need to be correlated with AppDynamics application, tier, node, or transaction metrics.

What changed in this article

• Confirm the AppDynamics controller URL, account, application, tier, and metric path before saving the connector.
• Use a service account or approved token with the minimum access required to read monitoring data.
• Run a short AIQ scenario and compare timestamps against AppDynamics before using the integration in a customer report.

Validation workflow

1. Collect the AppDynamics connection details from the monitoring owner.
2. Configure the AIQ integration with the approved controller and metric scope.
3. Verify that the expected AppDynamics data appears for the AIQ execution window.
